The simalube IMPULSE connect is the latest generation of the pressure booster from the simalube family. The proven functions of the IMPULSE have been supplemented with the option of connecting the device to a smartphone via Bluetooth®. In connection with the newly developed «simatec world of maintenance» app, the devices can be easily configured and then monitored without having to be directly at the lubrication point. Information such as general status, fill level, lubricant, size, start and change date etc. is displayed to the user and easy to read in the app.

The high-output metering devices of the Series SL-V XL are designed for single-line, high-pressure lubrication systems that dispense lubricants compatible with polyurethane seals up to NLGI 2. The output may be adjusted externally. A visual inspection of the metering device's operation is possible thanks to an indicator stem. Individual meters may be simply removed for inspection or replacement. To replace one SL-11 metering device, two SL-V XL metering devices are required. A transparent polycarbonate protective cap is included with each SL-V XL metering instrument.

The SL-V metering devices are designed for single-line, high-pressure centralized lubrication systems that dispense lubricants that are compatible with polyurethane seals up to NLGI 2. The SKF Lincoln SLC metering device has a modular design and is intended for use in high-pressure single-line lubrication systems. Metering screws may be used to control the supply volume, ensuring that each lubrication point receives the proper quantity of oil. The SLC is ideal for a wide range of applications in renewable energy, construction, mining, and heavy industries.

Series 350 single-line, pre-lubrication metering devices come in two, three, and five-port variants and are designed to be installed directly on the machine or system that requires lubrication. These metering devices were designed for use with single-line, centralized oil and fluid grease lubrication systems. By specifying the relevant order code, Series 350 metering devices can be supplied with main line fittings.

Pump model 82570 is a high-volume pump with an air-powered forward stroke that discharges lubricant. The acrylic reservoir is replenished using the strainer filling cap, and has a check/relief valve to relieve pressure on the lubrication line.

Pump Unit - 283167 is a pneumatically driven oscillating positive displacement pump. The pump drive's change-over valve regulates the reciprocating of the pump strokes. The reciprocating pump runs under air pressure and so releases material until the system oil pressure reaches the desired level. A pressure switch, 3/2 way air valve, and components to restrict and control the air operating pressure must be used to turn off and monitor the pump.

Automatic multi-point lubricator

The Simalube multipoint lubricates 5 points at once for up to a year in the same dependable manner as the other renowned simalube lubricators. When simalube multipoint runs out, it may be simply and rapidly changed thanks to the snap-on attachment. Various oils and greases can be used to fill the lubricators.

The smallest automatic lubricator

The 15 ml simalube is the ideal option for restricted situations. It is the smallest automated lubricator on the global market due to its modest size. It performs the same activities as the bigger simalube lubricators and provides the same benefits.

Multi-line pump units supply lubricant to lubrication points without extra metering devices. Thus, each lubrication point has its own pumping element. The system design is simple, accurate and most reliable. Multi-line pumps can be actuated mechanically, electrically or hydraulically. The easily exchangeable pumping elements are usually operated by eccentric cam. By selecting pumping elements with different piston diameters and/or stroke settings, an individual lubrication volume setting per pump outlet is possible.

Dual-line systems deliver a precise, measured amount of oil to up to 2 000 lubrication locations over lengths of up to 120 meters (131 yards) and beyond. Dual-line systems offer enough lubrication for the remainder of the system's lubrication points even if one pair of outlets inside one metering device becomes clogged. Lubricant volume can be metered separately for each pair of outlets and visibly or electrically monitored.

Single-Line lubrication systems can service a single machine, many zones on a single unit, or even multiple machines. Regardless of the application, a central pump station automatically distributes lubricant to the lubricant measuring device through a single supply line. Each metering device is dedicated to a single lubrication point and may be modified to give the exact amount of grease or oil needed.
