Avoid Turbine Trips in Gas & Steam Turbines
The CJC® Varnish Removal Unit, VRU, is intended to remove soluble varnish from oil with extreme efficiency. The VRU can be used for the following purposes:
- Gas or steam turbines with a combined or separate
lube and control oil system - Base or peak-loaded gas or steam turbines operating at
low, medium, or high oil temperatures - Gas Turbine Compressors
- Highly stressed and hot-running lube oil or hydraulic oil systems
APPLICATION
The CJC® Gear Flushing Unit, GFU is designed for fast and efficient cleaning of
- New or refurbished gearboxes
- Gearbox test systems on workshop floors and onsite.
It maintains the oil contamination level low during the flushing process and minimizes this period. Furthermore, the CJC® Gear Flushing Unit has an integrated CJC® Oil Contamination Monitor, OCM15, that measures the oil contamination level.
CJC® Filter Separators are offline oil filtration solutions/oil separators with an integrated circulating pump that combine fine filtration and water separation all in one device. They're made for hydraulic oil, diesel fuel, lubricating oil, and other liquids where water infiltration is a chronic or recurring issue.
CJC® Fine Filters are off-line oil filtering systems with integrated circulating pumps. The filters are well-known as very effective purification systems for hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, gear oil, quenching oil, phosphate esters, and other fluids.
Acid/ion neutralizing Filter Inserts are paired with conventional 3-micron absolute Fine Filtration Inserts with a high dirt-holding capacity in the Ion Exchange / Acidity Removal Filter.
